I put this amazing Cashew Parmesan on everything. On toast, pasta, salads, just simply everything. It is so super easy to make and tastes just amazing.
There is also an almond parmesan possible, if you like that better but I personally prefer this cashew version.
Who would have honestly thought, that you could still eat parmesan being a vegan? I love being vegan, I love eating healthy and I love doing all that health free while it tastes incredible.
- 100g Cashews
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
- Step 1 put all ingredients in a kitchen machine and blend it till the mixture is crumbly (blend until a little fat comes out of the cashews and it looks like real parmesan)
