Around autumn my cravings for hot chocolates and comforting porridges seem to explode. I mean, I am a huge fan of warm oats in general but a good hot chocolate will always do it too.
Then I thought why not having both at the same time and the result pleased me big time. Marrons give it a slightly nutty taste and them being butter roasted is probably the closest heaven can get in your mouth.
I added blueberry compote and a few more blueberries on top, to give it a juicy, fruity touch. The chocolate and marrons can get very heavy and I do recommend putting a hint of fruity taste to it.
