I know, I know, you might feel confused about this one but it happened a few days ago in my kitchen when I realized that I forgot to buy tahini and was looking for a solution to make hummus.
This nut butter hummus is super easy to make and of course you could also use sunflower seed butter or just tahini and have it be the traditional hummus recipe.
You need a high speed blender and it took me quite a while to figure out how to make the creamiest hummus. I used to peel all those chickpeas and do the hummus in 5 different steps but that was just way too much work for me as a busy mom and blogger.
This hummus is made in no time and perfect for anybody who doesnt have tahini at home or just wants to try a different delicious version.
